內(nèi)脹芯管安裝時被頂推螺桿完全脹開.芯管外壁與風(fēng)管內(nèi)壁緊密貼合，形成道密封面口芯管端部開口采用襯板封閉，形成第二道密封面。

The outer wall of the core pipe is closely connected with the inner wall of the air pipe, forming the opening of the first sealing surface, the end of the core pipe is closed by lining plate, forming the second sealing surface.

橡膠密封圈與風(fēng)管壁壓緊，形成了第三道密封面，從而可靠地滿足了芯管連接的密封要求。

安裝前先將“0”形橡膠密封圈繃緊嵌在芯管的“v”形槽內(nèi)，芯管開口處的兩端頭處于搭疊狀態(tài)，縮小直徑.使之能很容易地放入待連接管道的口部，安裝時依靠頂推螺桿使芯管徑向脹開，當(dāng)芯管兩端頭正好對齊時，完成內(nèi)脹操作，此時芯管壁與風(fēng)管壁已緊密貼合，然后用自攻螺絲或拉鉚釘把芯管與風(fēng)管沿周圈固定即完成安裝口。

When the two ends of the core pipe are aligned exactly, the internal expansion operation shall be completed, and the core pipe wall and the air pipe wall have been closely connected, Then use self tapping screw or rivet to fix the core pipe and air pipe along the circumference to complete the installation opening.
